Easy Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted for all unopen/unused items, except for crystals and jewelry. Custom orders may not be returned. If you are not satisfied with your items (except crystals, jewelry, custom orders) simply return them for a full refund or an exchange. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
